Hello! I am from rural Ohio and a farm girl all the way even though I now live in a small town. I can be found roaming around on Etsy, making soap, making graphics or enjoying my family and of course, Princess Molly, our dog. In spare time you may find me riding our Gold Wing, walking, and being with family and friends.
*What or who inspires you?
My Mother inspires me the most. She has collected vintage, restored antiques and the list goes on. Mostly her entire life she has been a crafty person from making wedding cakes, dress, elves, Santas, and the list goes on. She is the one that told me I needed to make soap. She taught me and now here I am loving it so much. She is my hero, my inspiration and my friend.
When you look at my soap I want you to see:
-Genuine handmade goodness
-a truly wonderful product
-its rugged, rustic image
-the beauty on the outside to represent the wondrous beauty on the inside
-and the love in each and every bar.
*Do you have any family Christmas Traditions?
When I was a child on Christmas eve we would have homemade hot cocoa and toast. I still do this on my own and the memories flood in like a page in scrapbook of my mind.
*Is there a favorite food that you and your family enjoy during the holidays?
OH, since I love to eat this is difficult. It would have to be Mom’s peanut butter fudge bar like a Reece cup.
*What is the best part of Christmas for you?
The birth of Christ. The gift of giving.
